Game crashes whenever Chiester 410 is in the match

As the title says. Whenever I pick Chiester 410 and go into the game, I get a crash. Note this only happens with her default appearance, not her palette-swap. What could possibly be the cause of this? I have Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit), but when I had Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 (on the same computer) the game worked completely fine.
